• For Staff Nurse: Maximum 32/37 years
• For Pharmacist (Allopathic): Maximum 32/37 years

Qualification: 

• For Staff Nurse: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent qualification for male nurse. Registered nurse with Nursing Council.
• For Pharmacist (Allopathic): Degree in Pharmacy / Sr. Secondary with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution and qualified & Registered as pharmacist under pharmacy Act, 1948
• For Lab Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) Passed. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an Institute recognized by the AICTE.
• For O.T Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) Passed. One year experience in O.T from a recognized Hospital.
• For Lab Technician: Intermediate (10+2) Passed. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from an Institute recognized by the AICTE. One Year experience in the field of Laboratory Techniques.
• For ECG Technician: Intermediate (10+2) Passed. Three years experience of handling ECG Machine in a recognized institutions.
• For Pharmacist: Degree in pharmacy/Intermediate (10+2) Passed with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution and qualified and registered as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act,1948.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC / ST / Female / ESM / PwD candidates.
