BSF ASI & HC Online Form 2022:- Directorate General Border Security Force, New Delhi has released a notification for filling up 1635 posts of ASI (Stenographer) & Head Constable. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 08.08.2022 to 06.09.2022 & 20.08.2022 to 19.09.2022. Age Limit:

• For ASI & Head Constable (Min.):
  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 07.09.1997 and not later than 06.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 07.09.1994 and not later than 06.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 07.09.1992 and not later than 06.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For ASI & Head Constable (RO / RM.):
  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 20.09.1997 and not later than 19.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 20.09.1994 and not later than 19.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 20.09.1992 and not later than 19.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

• For Assistant Sub Inspector (Steno): Intermediate (10+2) Passed and should have Shorthand @ 80 w.p.m in English / in Hindi in 10 minutes. Transcription of dictation in English in 50 minutes / in Hindi in 65 minutes, on computer.
• For Head Constable (Ministerial): Intermediate (10+2) Passed and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi
• For Head Constable (Radio Operator): Intermediate (10+2) Pass in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 60% marks in PCM subject. OR Matriculation (10th) passed. Two years Certificate from ITI in Radio and Television / Electronics / Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / Data Preparation & Computer Software / General Electronics / Data Entry Operator.
• For Head Constable (Radio Mechanic): Intermediate (10+2) Pass in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 60% marks in PCM subject. OR Matriculation (10th) passed. Two years Certificate from ITI in Radio and Television / General Electronics / Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / Data Preparation & Computer Software / Electrician / Fitter / Info Technology & Electronics System Maintenance / Comn Equipment Maintenance / Computer Hardware / Network Technician / Mechatronics / Data Entry Operator.

Physical Eligibility:

• For Male:
  • Height: 165 Cms.
  • Chest: 77 – 82 Cms
• For Female:

Fees: Rs. 147.20/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 47.20/- fees for SC / ST / candidates

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Written Test & Skill Test.

Pay Scale: 

• For ASI (Steno): 29200 – Rs. 92300/-
• For Head Constable: Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
