Chandigarh Police ASI Recruitment 2022:- Director General of Police, U.T., Chandigarh has released a notification for filling up 49 posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (Executive) on Temporary basis. Age Limit: 

• For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 02.07.1997 and not later than 01.07.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For OBC: Born not earlier than 02.07.1994 and not later than 01.07.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 02.07.1992 and not later than 01.07.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any stream and should have valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV). Computer Course

Physical Eligibility:

• For Male:
  • Height: 170 cms (5’7 ft.)
  • Chest: 83 – 85 cms
  • Race: 1600 Mtr in 6 Minutes
  • High Jump: 04 Feet
  • Long Jump: 14 Feet
• For Female:
  • Height: 158 cms (5’2 ft.)
  • Chest: 83 – 85 cms
  • Race: 500 Mtr in 2 Minutes and 30 Seconds
  • High Jump: 03 Feet
  • Long Jump: 08 Feet

Fees: Rs. 800/- for General candidates, Rs. 500/- for OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / EsM candidates.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Written Test, Physical Test and Medical Test.

Pay Scale: Rs. 29200/-
