CHB Various Recruitment 2022:- Chandigarh Housing Board has released a recruitment notification for filling up 90 posts of Sub Divisional Engineer, Assistant Architect, Junior Engineer, Junior Draftsman, Law Clerk & Clerk. • Junior Engineer (Public Health): 05 Posts
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): 04 Posts
• Junior Engineer (Horticulture): 01 Post
• Junior Draftsman (Civil): 03 Posts
• Law Officer: 01 Post
• Clerk: 50 Posts

Age Limit:

• For General / EWS: Born nor earlier than 01.11.1985 and not later than 31.10.2004 (both dates inclusive)
• For OBC: Born nor earlier than 01.11.1982 and not later than 31.10.2004 (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / ST: Born nor earlier than 01.11.1980 and not later than 31.10.2004 (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Sub Divisional Engineer’s: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in relevant trade with ICT Skill Course.
• For Assistant Architect: Bachelor Degree in Architecture with ICT Skill Course.
• For Junior Engineer (Building / Public Health / Electrical): Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade with ICT Skill Course.
• For Junior Engineer (Horticulture): Master Degree in Agriculture with Horticulture.
• For Junior Engineer (Civil): Certificate from ITI in Draftsmanship with ICT Skill Course.
• For Law Officer: Bachelor Degree in Law with 60% marks and ICT Skill Course.
• For Clerk: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 35 w.p.m typing speed in English on Computer and ICT Skill Course.

Fees: Rs. 800/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates, Rs. 400/- for SC candidates and There is no fee for PwD candidates.

Pay Scale:

• For Sub Divisional Engineer & Assistant Architect: Rs. 15600 – Rs. 39100/-
• For Junior Engineer: Rs. 10300 – Rs. 34800/-
• For Law Officer: Rs. 10300 – Rs. 34800/-
• For Clerk & Junior Engineer (Civil): Rs. 10300 – Rs. 34800/-

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Written Test.
